We already have a website. What happens to it?
We rebuild it from scratch using your existing content as a starting point: your sermon archive, your photos, your member-facing pages. Your old site stays live until your new one is ready, so there's no gap your congregation can see.
Do we own our website and content?
You own all your content (copy, images, sermon embeds, photos). The domain stays in your name. We manage DNS for convenience and we never hold domains hostage. If you ever leave us, you take the content with you.
What happens if we cancel?
No contracts, month-to-month, 30 days notice. Your site stays live for 30 days after your final payment, and we send you a complete export package (HTML files, all images, your copy document). No penalties, no hard feelings.
What if we don't love the first draft?
We refine it with you until it's right. The first draft is a starting point, not a final answer, and revisions during the build are included. Our full refund terms are on the Terms page.
What counts as a content update?
Any discrete change to content that already exists on your site. Service times, staff bios, sermon embeds, photos, FAQs, new event announcements. Designing a whole new page or section is a larger project we'd scope separately. If you're ever unsure, ask first.
Can we split the setup payment?
Yes. The $2,000 build fee is structured as three payments: $500 at signing, $500 at first draft, and $1,000 at launch. Monthly billing starts the day your site goes live.
