How long does it take to launch my site?
About a week from when you fill out the form to when your site is live. Most of that is the back-and-forth on copy and design. The actual build is fast.
What if I cancel? Do I lose everything?
No. Your site stays live for 30 days after your last payment, and we send you a complete export package (HTML files, all images, your copy document). You own your content. No penalties, no hard feelings.
What happens if you're unavailable?
Your site keeps running 24/7 regardless. Every SiteCitrus site is static and hosted on a global CDN, which means there's no server to crash, no database to go down, and no CMS to lock up. For urgent support requests I aim to respond within 24 hours, always. For longer absences I maintain a network of trusted developers who can cover emergencies.
Do I own my website and domain?
Yes. You own all your content (copy, images, media). The domain stays in your name. We just manage DNS for convenience, and we never hold domains hostage.
